  • 4" x 42" x 42" ram bolster with 15" diameter through hole on press center
  • Removable 14" x 42" x 42" bed bolster shuttle with non-lube slide wear plates and a 20" diameter through hole
  • 80" stroke Parker Cylinders, 150" daylight
  • Ram speeds: 245 IPM approach; 50 IPM pressing; 285 IPM return with infinite speed control in either direction
  • Remote power system with 100 gallon oil reservoir and noise reduction enclosure
  • Oversized ram guide bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
  • Press is designed to provide 0.0015" deflection per foot under uniform load of 2/3 bed surface area
  • 149" front to rear x 62" left to right footprint; 210" tall
  • 35,000 pound capacity bed shuttle with variable speeds in both directions
  • Bed shuttle powered by two 60" stroke hydraulic cylinders
  • Equipped with a walk - on telescoping steel tread to cover exposed pit under press bed
  • Automatic ram slide lubrication system Thermostatically controlled fan powered oil cooler
  • Neoprene/ nylon "bellows" style protective boots are provided for exposed ram slide areas
