Beckwood Hires Two Structural Engineers #308
Beckwood Press Company announces the addition of Adam Strein and Dan Stortz as Structural Engineers. With current demand for Beckwood custom hydraulic presses at unprecedented levels, Strein and Stortz will provide added support to Beckwood's engineering team. The ability to deliver innovative, structurally sound designs will be strengthened as the team works to uphold the rigorous structural integrity standards associated with Beckwood presses.
Strein and Stortz earned Bachelor's of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). In addition to their degrees, Strein and Stortz have received extensive SolidWorks training and certification. Along with their product engineering efforts, Strein and Stortz will also assist with purchasing activities, coordination of product run-offs, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) testing on all design work and technical support.
