Beckwood Develops Innovative Precision Dispensing System #193
Beckwood Press Company worked in partnership for more than a year to develop an innovative precision dispensing system for ultra-high viscosity polymers. This system was designed for precision volume metric control on applications that need a larger PSI dispensing force. The concept originated from the patent pending servo motion control technology used in Beckwood's line of Accu-Flex presses.
Beckwood's Dispensing System utilizes two independent dispensing cylinders that are poweredand controlled for precise volume displacement by controlling the plunger or piston rate. Cycle parameters allow for the operator to establish a cumulative volume payout based upon a fixed ratio between the two dispensing cylinders. The all stainless system can be designed for a highly abrasive medium and may include an electric heating system as an option.
